🚚 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Free (unless otherwise stated at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Soft Hit LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping costs to re-send returned packages

If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us immediately at softhitsllc@gmail.com. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

📮 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Soft Hit LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Then contact us at softhitsllc@gmail.com

We'll do our best to assist, but replacement decisions are made case-by-case.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email softhitsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will work quickly to make it right.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
